Outsourcing companies definitely benefit from certification because it is a tool that they can use to show their clients that they can actually provide the best service, most efficiently because they are certified. Other companies that actually use a certification program are companies that don’t necessarily outsource but they want to make sure that their internal support mechanisms work as effectively as they can. There are eleven major business criteria that we actually look at when we certify support and call centers; of those eleven criteria, there are over one hundred elements that are monitored, measured and compared to everyone else that is certified in the industry.
