Shorten Your Recruitment Process
We can all remember the old ways of recruiting staff – have an advert with a postal address and ask applicants to write in. The process would take weeks to complete. Now that it is getting harder to recruit new staff, shorten the process as much as possible – have a number for applicants to call and if you like what they are saying, invite them in immediately. Don’t take weeks or you will lose the best ones – shorten the process to days, even hours if possible!
