When we received new dial up software from a major Internet company, we followed the instructions to the word yet failed to establish a connection. So, like any normal customer, we looked at the accompanying information and came across an installation help line, which we then called. There were many options on the automated front end but not one was for installation support. So one by one we pressed every option only to hear more options - again, none of them was what we wanted and there wasn't even a 'or if you have any other enquiries press...' If you promote a number for support, make sure the option is available on your automated system!
