40 Nations Battling It Out To See Who Is The Best In The Contact Center World!

All around the World - The best contact centers and contact center professionals from 40 nations are competing to win the most prestigious industry awards from ContactCenterWorld – The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & networking. The elite entrants include the best from these nations who are putting themselves in the 9th annual global awards program with regional heats to decide who competes in the World finals later this year in Las Vegas

The awards are regarded by some as the ‘Olympics’ of the Contact Center World as national pride is at stake when the top contact centers compete head to head against others in the region. This year’s competition has drawn in strong contenders from 40 nations and we look forward to announcing the shortlist who will compete in the 3 regional finals taking place in Asia Pacific (Singapore event), Europe, Middle East & Africa (Lisbon, Portugal event) and North & South Americas (Orlando event)

Commenting on the 2014 awards, Raj Wadhwani President of ContactCenterWorld added "There are those who think they do a great job and those that do!, These awards are for those in the latter category who are there putting everything on the line to prove it in front of their peers in an open format. We developed a great system to void bias and favouritism and it’s interesting to note that you won’t find companies sponsoring our awards and winning one at the same time! We invited the best to compete on a level playing field and everyone who performs at a World-class level has the same opportunity. I welcome any company who enters awards to come along and see what world class centers do and hear first hand from these amazing professional – you will learn a lot! The shortlist will be announced in days and the Contact Center World is waiting for this great announcement with much anticipation!"

If you missed your opportunity to enter the 2014 awards, don’t despair, you can learn from this years best at any of our upcoming conferences ( and also will have the chance to enter for 2015 in the summer!
