Nina: It was a great week in Lisbon at the Contact Center award eliminations and I have really enjoyed being here to meet professionals from all of Europe and to be part of this society.
ContactCenterWorld.com: Did you make a lot of friends this week? Some connections that you can continue on with after the conference is over?
Nina: Yes, I heard good ideas and I understand that I need more time after the conference to look at all the presentations and the details to understand the best experience and these cases will be our connections in the future. Definitely, I will be in touch with the people who presented these ideas.

Nina: Of course. It is a very interesting event and I highly recommend this to any company who is in the industry of call centers, customer relations and customer care, yes. Any industry.
