Rod: It is a fantastic experience actually. It is different to other awards in that you get see everyone else’s presentations, so you get a lot of value from a company perspective and a lot of ideas that you come away with. Also the people that you meet. There is a really strong network here and everyone is friends by the end of it. It is fantastic!
