ContactCenterWorld.com: Did you enjoy yourself?
Ronnie: Yes, I had a great time. It was awesome.
ContactCenterWorld.com: What made it awesome?
Ronnie: I think for me, it was the first time I have been amongst so many different people of different cultures, in one place with the same passion. It didn't matter how different we were, even the size of our contact centers and what we have done, we all feel the same way about what we do and that was just a great feeling.
ContactCenterWorld.com: What did you pick up from the other presentations?
Ronnie: I really enjoyed the quality workshop. We are currently looking at our quality program and opportunities to transform that, so I got some great tips and hints from that, which I was yammering away to my team back in Australia, saying, this is an awesome idea and I think they thought they were going to get a break from me this week and they didn't, so it was really good.
ContactCenterWorld.com: Would you recommend it and why, to other people that have never been here before?
Ronnie: I definitely would. It really opens up your eyes to just how big this industry is and how important it is across the world. I think that it is very easy to just see your little space in your own country, but to understand, particularly in the Asian countries, just how massive this industry is, and how passionate the people are. It is really inspiring.
