"I think most retails with a store front have a good reputation for delivering great customer service they just need to ensure that their online service matches the store front offering. If I had to name poorer sectors I would say the insurance and mobile phone sectors have a really bad reputation. Multi billion pound conglomerates to whom you are nothing but a policy number or an opportunity to make a quick buck. They aren't transparent businesses and you usually end up with something you didn't bargain for."
