Can you tell us about the company you work for, the center you work in and your role?
Teleperformance Portugal is not only a leader in the Portuguese market, but also a leader in Portugal for the export of Customer Experience Management and shared services to international markets. More than 1,900 of our 4,800 employees are assigned to projects for over 52 countries, communicating in 28 different languages. You won one or more GOLD medals - how do you feel about being a champion?
I'm very proud to belong to such a club of best practices networkers, that really enhances my professional competencies and personal motivation.
Can you tell us about the sense of pride you have now that you won a medal for your company and country?
I feel very proud by achieving this major recognition, and to have the opportunity to dedicate this honor to my company, colleagues, and business partners.
How does your company justify your involvement in this process? i.e. how do they know its valuable enough to participate?
At Teleperformance we are absolutely convinced this event provides a strategic competitive advantage in terms of marketing positioning, knowledge growth, and business networking.
For those who are considering entering these awards, what would you say to those who are not sure about the value of these particular awards?
If you miss it, you really miss added value.
Lastly, as you have been to one of our events, how would you describe the ideas from fellow presenters?
The ideas and insights I shared had the power to make me think outside the box, and decide to innovate in new areas I never tought before.
