Executive Interview : Staying Motivated Working From Home! - Exclusive Interview With Neslihan Kazan from Turkcell Global Bilgi

How do you stay motivated to work from home day in day out and not see your colleagues in person?
First of all I wish whole world health, heel and happiness. When I worked in the office there was something unmotivate me which to wake up so early, spend so much time on the way and couldn't find any comfortable place to take a break and get refreshed. Now I use time for yoga which was spent on the way,I am in my garden among my plants and flowers with my drink and also sun, make breath exercise and read book. There are also many online classes and live streams,I attend them in home comfort.I share my these experiences via social media.I keep my contacts with the people by calling, messaging and video talking.

Many of us have been asked to isolate ourselves from others i.e. stay at home for some time - have you started any new hobbies or interests? if so, can you share some ideas on what you now do to keep yourself occupied during these challenging times?
I always a lady who has different hobbies. Until now i benefit from this period to spare time for my hobbies. Maybe in the coming days i can start to seek new ones.

For managers who have teams working from home - what do you do to stay in touch and make sure your staff are motivated and happy with the change in working environment?
As a manager i keep contact with my team members. I make video talks with them one by one, i share motivation tips, interesting and funny videos on whatsapp groups.

When we worked in offices / centers many of us participated in social activities and had some company perks (maybe free lunch etc) - what is your company doing to make up for these face to face social activities and other perks we now lost by working at home?
Especially birthday celebrations has evolved. In the office we used to get birthday cake and make a little ceremony. Now we celebrate online:)
And also instead of cake i donate to Turkish red crescent behalf of birthday person as a gift.

For those who are NEW to working from home - When things get back to normal after the pandemic (virus) do you think you would prefer to work back in an office or work from home or split time between work at home and the office? Please explain your answer
I hope for whole world to get free from pandemic danger as soon as possible. After this I prefer mostly to work at home. Cause it makes me really refreshed, motivated and voluminous.
It will be better to be in the office one or two days in a week at the office, at home in the others, according to me.
