How easy is it to set up a workspace/ home office?
Need good network connection and up to date laptop or desktop which should be working condition and headset and concentration

What advice would you give anyone working from home for the first time and how to adapt?
Concentrate. Take your work seriously.

Does working from home affect your quality of life? (i.e. less travel time etc = more leisure time)
Not Really. If you organized your work, WFH option is actually take care your health

Do you feel like a proper employee? i.e. you are at work when working from home?
For me when I start working I always feel I am an employee. Because i love my job, Place doesn't matter for me

When you work in an office and you leave you disconnect from work - literally. If you work at home how easy is it to dis-connect from work?
no Disconnection for work . Only disconnection on office Gossip


How do you stay motivated when working from home?
I love my Job

How often does your company check in with you?
For me, not very often because my Manager believes in me and I always try to maintain that trust

What would you say is the best part of working from home?
No dress code, I can use my bed whenever i feel, home food

Anytime you can receive the call from Manager

Yes

Either Home or Office everywhere its require concentration and organize skill require to complete your job.If this is good your productivity will be more

Depends the staff behavior and Company security Policy

I am using team meeting on fixed time so that my junior will not feel that their manager is not with them.

How do you keep in touch with staff during the day?
online Team meeting via Skype or MS team, and its mandatory. Kind of Virtual Office.. I am using for my team
