It is hard for staff but easy for supervisor up.

I am believe less due to un-controlled and possible low data connection also trigger another problem.

Not impact for ops team since supervisor above ready 24 hours by 7 days but off course there is family also in home that the totalities of work will be different between in office and home.

Yes
When you work in an office and you leave you disconnect from work - literally. If you work at home how easy is it to dis-connect from work?
it is very easy.

Yes feel saver.

No, prefer work in office and make sure staff using their own vehicle go to office and make it secure work during in office, ex: Check temp body in lobby office and control again by leaders in the afternoon, prepare hand soap, hand sanitizer and masker.
How do you measure productivity of home based agents and also availability?
Online attendance, Time duration connect to cloud system and etc.
How do you ensure security of information?
All system in office control by IT security.
How do you ensure staff work to the same high standards when they are an office?
Control by work force management.
How do you keep in touch with staff during the day?
Using WhatsApp, Cloud system or Zoom meeting.
