How easy is it to set up a workspace/ home office?
Depent on the Apps that we used. it can be run and implemented if all apps & Telephony system that agent or team used already support cloud base . So, we can used Internet plus VPN link to kept access and work as normal.

What technology / equipment do you need?
Apps & Telephony system on cloud (Software as Services), Internet connection, Firewall, NB or PC, Headset and software Vicon (Video confrence) for cord with Clients, Team support, Meeting, discussion and Presentation

Does working from home affect your quality of life? (i.e. less travel time etc = more leisure time)
Yes. WFH can increase quality of life and reduce traffic in street and save electricity and pollution create Go Green environment.

How does working from home affect your home life? (for example if you have children, partner etc)
We can still watch our kid at home and they see our work every day

Do you feel like a proper employee? i.e. you are at work when working from home?
Still proper employee because we still obey and follow rules company and working hours of company

When you work in an office and you leave you disconnect from work - literally. If you work at home how easy is it to dis-connect from work?
We still need go to office, for hardcopy signed, printed document, store important doc or contract , etc
