How easy is it to set up a workspace/ home office?
So easy because we can access all applications via internal VPN

Laptop, VPN for access internal company

Do you feel people working from home work harder, about the same or less than those working in an office environment
I think work from home give me balance life, i can manage my time more flexible

What advice would you give anyone working from home for the first time and how to adapt?
Do your daily routine and then improve what you can do with flexible time (example you can workout at the same time as checking email)

Does working from home affect your quality of life? (i.e. less travel time etc = more leisure time)
Yes absolutely

How does working from home affect your home life? (for example if you have children, partner etc)
I can closely monitor my children at the same time I am working, i can do another job (cooking, workout, etc) in the same the time I working.

Do you feel like a proper employee? i.e. you are at work when working from home?
Yes

When you work in an office and you leave you disconnect from work - literally. If you work at home how easy is it to dis-connect from work?
We arrange all meeting ar discussion until 5 PM, after that we coordination via WA group like usual.

How do you stay motivated when working from home?
I am more motivated because I can finished 2 or more jobs at the same time.

What would you say is the best part of working from home?
It’s gifted, you can be together with your loved ones and monitoring them, parallel you can manage your work.

How easy has it been to make the transition and what lessons did you learn along the way?
So easy, our company is a digital company in the country we get used to meeting with conference call, using Google Drive, cloud, etc.

What would you say is the worst part of working from home?
When my children need my attention and my work too, but I can handle it with made a priority (my work first because it’s my office hours).

Do you feel safer (e.g. don't travel, won't catch viruses from colleagues etc) working from home?
Yes

How do you control distractions at home - for example children, dogs etc.
We never go outside if it isn't important to us.

Do you prefer working from home? Yes/No? Explain why
Yes, I have my balance life, can manage my time more flexible and can do 2 or more jobs in the same times.

How do you measure productivity of home based agents and also availability?
We have a dashboard so we can monitoring from it (with access dashboard using VPN).

How do you ensure security of information?
We used internal access company only.

How do you ensure staff work to the same high standards when they are an office?
We still monitoring progress and result from their work.

How do you keep in touch with staff during the day?
Concall, what's app group.


Any other comments you would like to share about working from home - the good or the bad?
The point is work from home is good if employee can manage their time and be responsible with that.
