News : 100 New Call Centre Jobs for Limerick with Three Ireland
Limerick, Ireland, Sept 28, 2015 -- Three Ireland is creating 100 new jobs at its call centre in Plassey, Limerick. The move comes after Three acquired O2 last year, with the jobs acting as a transfer of positions from Mumbai to Ireland.
The new roles will all be call-centre agency roles, handling mainly inbound contacts to Three.

With plans to bring the headcount at Plassey to an impressive 450, the company has also spent money on upgrading the offices, including an expansion of the canteen and hot desks, while it is investing in improving its network nationwide.
Staff in Mumbai now handling customer queries made over the internet. As a result, it means there will be no job losses in the Indian city.
