Berlin, Germany, June, 2017 -- At the end of the 20th CCC Convention, a new international member was added to the series of exceptional customer care personalities in Berlin.
Claudia Gabler, a native of Austria who has been very successful for a decade in the beautiful Swiss city of Berne, proves her 20 years of experience in the BPO sector through three particularly strong abilities.
