News : 1,585 Calls to EWA per Day, Surge Sparked by High Utility Bills
Manama, Bahrain, Aug 28, 2019 -- A staggering 195,000 calls were received by the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) over the past four months – at an average of 1,585 calls per day.
This was revealed during an inspection visit by Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr Abdulhussain Mirza to the authority’s call centre.
