News : 20 New Jobs for Greenock-based Customer Service Business
Greenock, UK, July 16, 2015 -- A customer service firm is creating 20 new jobs in Inverclyde — which will bolster the workforce to 250.
Webhelp UK have delivered an employment boost to their Greenock site to help keep up with demand from a range of ‘blue chip clients’.
Bosses are recruiting 20 extra customer service advisers at the Cartsburn call centre on permanent, full-time contracts.
The additional jobs will take the local workforce at the site to 250, meaning the facility will be working at ‘full capacity’.
Andy Doig, inset, the company’s chief operating officer, said: "Webhelp UK is committed to supporting the local economy by providing employment opportunities for local people.
"We’re looking for individuals who are team players, results driven and enjoy engaging with others, offering in return a structured development programme.
"Our people are at the centre of everything we do so new recruits will find that our customer experience centres are more than just workplaces.
"We offer a vibrant, fresh and positive working environment geared towards learning and career development."
Bosses say they want people with great communication and customer service skills to fill the 20 new positions in Greenock.
