News : 200 Jobs on Offer at Teesside Contact Centre
Teesside, UK, Feb 28, 2018 -- A Teesside contact centre that announced hundreds of jobs last year is recruiting for 200 more staff .
Firstsource Solutions UK wants to find customer service advisors, team leaders and business support staff for its Grange Road customer services centre in Middlesbrough.
The new roles are to "meet increased demand" for a financial services client - and Firstsource is aiming to fill them by the end of this year.
Last summer the company announced 350 new jobs followed by another 150 two months later following a string of contract wins.
Johnny Auton, general manager, said: "Last year was a great year for the Middlesbrough team and together we have created a real centre of excellence for our financial services clients.
"Due to growth with new and existing clients, we are recruiting for a significant number of roles in the coming months and I’m looking forward to welcoming new people to our team during 2018 and beyond.’’
