News : 250 TD Auto Finance Jobs Moving to Greenville
Greenville, SC, USA, Nov 4, 2015 -- TD Auto Finance U.S., the auto financing unit of TD Bank, announced they will consolidate its contact centers in the U.S., closing its Dallas contact center and moving 250 positions to Greenville.
The Dallas contact center will close in April 2016, affecting about 330 employees. The closure of the center is "expected to capture efficiencies, expand service to automotive dealer customers and support further growth," according to a TD Bank release.
In addition to the 250 positions moving to Greenville, 70 will be added to Farmington Hills, Michigan, and 30 to Jacksonville, Florida
"Taking maximum advantage of our core contact centers will enable TD Auto Finance to benefit from the significant investments we've made in our regional campuses," said Andrew Stuart, President and CEO of TD Auto Finance U.S., in the release. "Expansions in these locations will allow us to better serve our customers and position our auto finance business for future growth."
