News : 2c Opens Global Operations Center in Montreal Canada
Redwood City, CA, USA, and Montreal, QC, Canada, Dec. 15, 2015 -- i2c, a global provider of smarter payments and integrated commerce solutions, announced it will open a new North American operations center in Montréal, Québec to facilitate ongoing company and customer growth. Due to be operational in the first quarter of 2016, the Montréal office will be the fourth international office opened in the past 18 months and will house over 50 new employees within the first year.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, i2c enables financial institutions, corporations, brands, and governments to launch and manage credit, debit, prepaid, and next-gen payments and commerce products with its single, global, cloud-based platform.
With this new office located in the heart of downtown Montréal, i2c is building out its operations and service infrastructure, with additional IT operations staff, account management, R&D, and contact center employees. The company will be creating over 50 new positions within first year of its operations, with plans to add more in the following years.
