News : 3C Contact Services Announces Appointment of Rick Johnson
Toronto, Canada, June 25, 2014 -- 3C Contact Services (3CContactServices.com), North America's provider of contact center solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Johnson as president.
Johnson's creative leadership and industry expertise is well-known and his knowledge of sales and customer service will be an asset to 3C Contact Services. During his career, Johnson has held increasingly senior positions in a number of companies. Most recently, Johnson joined 3C Contact Services in 2010 as senior manager of sales and customer service.
As newly appointed president of 3C Contact Services, Johnson will mentor, lead, guide, direct, and oversee the strategic direction of 3C Contact Services. He is also responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision and mission. On top of that, Johnson will keep abreast of both the external and internal competitive landscape in the form of opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry standards and developments.
