News : AAR Launches 24-Hour Customer Support Centre
Kenya, Feb 18, 2015 -- AAR Insurance has launched a 24-hour customer support centre.
The call centre will also operate on weekends and public holidays, said Managing Director Caroline Munene.
"The contact centre provides an interface between AAR insurance and its customers. It is only through feedback and suggestions that we can innovate, improve and track product use," Munene said.
She was speaking during the launch at the company's offices in Nairobi.
