News : Access2Care Expands Call Center Operations in Boise
Boise, ID, USA, June 10, 2015 -- Access2Care, which provides administrative services to non-emergency medical transportation networks, announced it will move into its new Boise call center at 370 N. Mitchell St.
The company will expand its its Boise workforce from 22 about 100 by the end of August, Vice President Matt McCormick said.
The call center will handle management, dispatch and case management for both local and nationwide services, including for both Idaho and Oregon Medicaid and Health Plan members. The 17,000-square-foot building replaces the company’s 9,200-square-foot space near the intersection of Franklin and Main streets.
