News : Air India Sets Up Helpline Desks in Four Metros
Nov 17, 2014 -- National carrier Air India has set up dedicated telephone numbers in the four metro cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, in addition to its all-India toll free call centre number.
These dedicated lines will provide information on the status of Air India flights round the clock, all seven days of the week, a press release from the airline said.
