News : Aksia Creates Italian Contact Centre Group With Dual Acquisition
Milan, Italy, Jan 8, 2016 -- Italian GP Aksia Group has acquired and merged contact centre companies Contacta and Visiant Contact through simultaneous management buyouts.
The deals are the first transactions the private equity firm has made with its latest vehicle, the 2013-vintage Fund Aksia Capital IV.
