News : Algeria: Interior Ministry Call Centre Operational
Algiers, Jan 1, 2015 -- Minister of State, Minister of Interior and Local Authorities Tayeb Belaiz has inaugurated the call centre of the department to accommodate citizens' complaints.
This centre is endowed with the necessary technical material and 200 employees to receive about 18,000 calls per day.
Its main mission is to provide citizens with the necessary information and explanations about administrative documents and the procedures for the creation associations and political parties.
The centre also records citizens' calls and directs them to the nearest administration.
As regards the preparation of administrative documents, the citizens receives explanations through automatic answering machine around the clock.
