News : Allied Global Launch Delivery Center in Guatemala City
Nov 14,11.2013 -- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, Allied Global is launching a new delivery center in Guatemala City.
The US-based company’s expansion into Central America will see the employment of around 2,000 call center agents in the new facility, and the firm says it plans on generating more than 4,500 jobs by the end of this year.
The site, which features training and nursing rooms alongside a cafeteria will be used to deliver services to clients in English-speaking markets.
"Guatemala has a great potential and can continue to grow, Allied Global already provides 6,000 jobs for young workers who represent a strong driving force for the economy. Our plans are to continue growing and remain a major source of work for Guatemalans," stated Manuel Gordo, CEO of the company.
