News : Allstate Insurance Company Opens Two New Call Centers
Oct 6, 2014 -- Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the long term lease of a 45,000 square foot call center in the new Minuteman 4 office building located at 13937 South Sprague Lane in Draper, Utah.
Newmark Grubb ACRES office specialists Jack Woodward and Tyson Fowler assisted Allstate Insurance Company in the leasing of the office space from LD Bowerman Investments, LLC." Allstate Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 company, is excited to use the space to open a new claims office and call center this month" according to Woodward.
Regarding the transaction, Mr. Fowler commented, "Allstate elected to expand their operations in Utah by centrally locating a new call center in the rapidly growing tech-corridor in South Salt Lake County. This was a very strategic decision to enable Allstate to recruit employees from both the Salt Lake County and Utah County labor pools."
Woodward said, "The Draper facility will be the 2nd call center to be opened by Allstate in the Wasatch Front in the last 6 months". Earlier this summer Woodward and his team negotiated a long term build to suit lease agreement with The Boyer Company to build a new 67,000 square foot call center for Esurance at Business Depot Ogden. That call center opened in June and is now operational.
