News : Alorica Appoints Christy O’Connor As New Head of Legal and Compliance
Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announces the appointment of Christy O’Connor as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. In this role O’Connor will oversee all global and regional legal affairs for Alorica, and lead the company’s compliance-related initiatives.

O’Connor brings more than 20 years of negotiation, strategic legal advising and compliance experience to Alorica. Her practice spans across acquisition negotiations, international operations management and the strategic planning and directing of corporate legal functions. Prior to joining Alorica, O’Connor served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at SourceHOV and Deputy General Counsel at Stream Global Services, Inc. / Convergys Corporation.

As Alorica’s top legal advisor, O’Connor will act as the strategic resource for Alorica’s human resources, operations, finance, sales and IT departments. She will also translate the shifts in regulation as they take place in Washington, DC, and oversee the evolution of Alorica’s own operations and IT to ensure continued compliance.
