Alorica Inc., a provider of customer interactions, announced its strategic expansion in Latin America and the Caribbean with the addition of three major sites in the region. The sites include Guatemala City, Guatemala; Kingston, Jamaica; and Puebla, Mexico, creating more than 3,000 new jobs by end of the year.

In Guatemala, Alorica is an established BPO player with employees at four existing locations within Guatemala City. The newest site—making it our fifth in the city—is located at the World Technology Center and will accommodate existing employees and future business, bringing 900 new jobs to the area by the end of the year.
With the success of our two existing sites in Jamaica—Kingston and Portmore—we’ve added another location in Kingston. This site plans to create 2,000 jobs between the end of 2018 and early 2019.
In Mexico, Alorica selected Puebla to be the home of its next site, given the city has one of the largest populations of higher education in the country—providing access to graduates, particularly in business, economics, finance and accounting. Our location currently has 200 employees and is expected to hire an additional 600 by the end of the year. Already handling customer care for a retail client, it will soon provide all revenue cycle management services—customer care, financial care, retention and revenue generation—in both a voice and digital delivery environment across multiple industries.
