Alorica, a worldwide provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announces that it has named Colleen Beers as senior vice president of strategic accounts for client services across worldwide operations as part of the company’s continued growth and success.
Beers joins a leadership team at Alorica as it builds on its mission to provide its customers with business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. With more than more than 22 years of executive experience with call center and CRM solution providers for top-tier global customers, Beers is charged with growing the business in key markets as well as overseeing Alorica’s strategic accounts to help ensure quality service.
