News : Jim Radzicki Leads the Entire Information Technology Organization
Irvine, Calif., Feb 19, 2014 -- Alorica, a worldwide provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announces that it has named Jim Radzicki as chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology for its global operations effective immediately. Radzicki will lead the entire Alorica IT organization, providing both strategic leadership and operational guidance for Alorica’s offering of outsourcing solutions that span the complete customer lifecycle. This announcement builds on continued momentum within Alorica as the company expands its business both geographically and by successfully earning new clients.

Radzicki comes to Alorica with 18 years of executive IT experience with a heavy emphasis on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), most recently leading technology initiatives at Stream Global Solutions as executive vice president and chief technology officer. Having acquired thorough and balanced expertise in both business and technology, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Denver Technical College.
