News : Alorica Positioned in the Visionaries Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant
Irvine, Calif., Jan 30, 2014 -- Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announces it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the ‘Visionaries’ quadrant of the 2013 ‘Magic Quadrant for Customer Management Contact Center BPO’ report. This designation marks the third consecutive year Alorica has been named to the report, and the second year within the ‘Visionary’ category, where Alorica is the only U.S. based provider recognized.
