News : Alorica to Hire 175 at Texarkana Center
Texarkana, AK, USA, Oct 13, 2015 -- Alorica's call center in Texarkana is hiring 175 customer-care employees for full-time and seasonal positions, according to a news release from the California-based company.
Representatives from the call-center company will host a job fair in Texarkana to recruit for the positions. Those hired for the 50 full-time and 125 seasonal jobs will begin training Oct. 26.
Customer-care employees will be responsible for handling requests from customers, processing credit card authorizations and providing guidance and support.
"Alorica aims to provide the best possible service and care to our customers, and that requires ramping up resources during the busiest season of the year," Vincent Patterson, Alorica's assistant site director, said in a news release.
