
Braga, Portugal, April 1, 2020 - Altice Portugal said it is providing a virtual call centre for the P5 Digital Medicine Centre, an online health care centre based at the University of Minho Medical School.
The solution developed by Altice Labs aims to strengthen the P5 Centre's telephone service capacity given the increased demand for information on the Covid-19 pandemic.
It integrates unified communications functionalities for fixed and mobile equipment, as well as providing access to cloud services.
