News : Altitude Announces New Investments to Expand Its Presence in Mexico
Lisbon, Portugal, July 7th, 2015 -- Altitude Software, a global provider of omnichannel solutions to deliver customer experiences, announces it has opened new offices and a Services Center of Excellence in Mexico City to sustain business growth in the Mexican market.
The announcement was made at an event to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Altitude’s direct presence in Mexico. The opening brought together local customers and partners such has Palacio Del Hierro, Road Track, Teleperformance and Legaxxi. Mexico is the second biggest market for Altitude in Latin America, a region that represents 30% of the global company revenues. The company has a direct presence in Brazil, México and Peru, and a strong partner network that covers all major country markets in the Region.

"We continue to invest in Mexico, strengthening our team and building our capabilities to serve leading companies in a fast modernizing economy with high growth potential".
Altitude has recently reinforced the local leadership team by hiring seasoned operations executives Daniel Lopez (new Operations Director for Latin America) and Tatiana Chavez (new Senior Operations Manager for Mexico), both with an extensive experience in the industry.
