Frederico Dias’ mission will be to drive the continued growth of Altitude Software in Latin America, bringing to the market a new generation of Altitude uCI customer interaction solutions.
Frederico Dias has extensive business development and management experience in the IT and Contact Center industry in Brazil. At Altitude Software, as a Sales and Channel Director for Brazil since 2007, he made a huge contribution to position the company as a market leader in the country. Frederico has an Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidade Católica of Minas Gerais, and Masters in Business Strategy and Telecommunications Management.
