Lisbon, Portugal, October 14th; 2013 – Altitude Software, a provider in unified customer interaction solutions, announces it has appointed Raquel Serradilla as Vice President for Southern Europe.
Raquel Serradilla’s mission will be to drive the continued growth of Altitude Software in the Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek and Turkish markets and to support the continued market expansion for next generation customer interaction solutions that maximize business results in the contact center.
Raquel Serradilla has extensive business development and international management experience in the IT sector. As a Vice President of the AEERC (Spanish Association for the Customer Relationship Experts), regular speaker at events and tutor of the Contact Center Management Master Course at ICEMD-ESIC, she has contributed to the growth and evolution of the Contact Center industry in Spain.
