News : amaysim Wins Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award
amaysim, an Australian mobile virtual network operator, has outperformed telcos to take out the top spot in Reader’s Digest’s inaugural Quality Service Awards. Voted by Aussies, amaysim took out top honours for providing the highest quality service nationwide in the mobile phone service provider category.
amaysim CEO, Julian Ogrin, said the win reflects the dedication the company has towards working hard every day to keep customers happy, a mission made all the more critical by the fact that amaysim doesn’t lock customers in with long-term contracts typical in the telco industry.

"While we constantly look for and find ways to make our customer experience even better, this award is a great indication that we’re doing things right by our customers, which is incredibly fulfilling for a company like amaysim that aims to take the hassle out of mobile services," Ogrin said.
