Richmond, VA, USA, Oct, 2021 -- AMC Technology, a global provider in contact center integration, announced two executive level promotions: Rosemary Branch to Chief Operations Officer and Praveen Ravela to Chief Technology Officer.
"I am honored to be chosen for this executive leadership role at AMC," shared Branch. "I am excited to work with the executive team to help lead the company through its next phase of growth and engage with employees to serve our customers while driving operational excellence and championing collaboration."
Rosemary brings over 23 years of experience with AMC working in various roles across multiple departments including management, finance, sales, and human resources. She will leverage her deep understanding of AMC’s business and processes to lead company operations, including user growth, implementation of strategic initiatives and continued advancement of internal processes.
"I am excited to use my technical knowledge at an executive level to continue to help customers navigate complex contact center challenges through continuous engagement and innovation," shared Ravela.
Ravela brings 10 years of experience with AMC Technology and 18 years leading technical product teams. He will continue to support the company’s strategic management in the design and development of technical initiatives.
In addition to the two promotions, AMC Technology Founder, Anthony Uliano, will be transitioning to Chief Executive Officer.
