The CPaaS integrations offered by AMC like Twilio Flex, join the growing library of integrations DaVinci is providing to providers like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and SAP C4C. These DaVinci integrations will add to the breadth of connections AMC already provide with its premise-based platform, Picasso.
"Regardless of which CRM integration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP C4C) solution customers are using, DaVinci gives them a lot of options for channel integration. Customers could configure Twilio Flex for voice and customer chat and choose a different vendor for SMS, and another vendor for agent-to-agent chatting," said Uliano. "If a customer has simpler requirements, a single app can handle all the channels through a single platform. With DaVinci agents get a single pane of glass for improved customer service."
