News : AMC Technology Earns SAP-certified Status for its Cloud-based CRM and Contact Center Platform DaVinci

Richmond, VA, USA, October, 2019 -- AMC Technology, a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider, announced that its cloud-based platform, DaVinci, has achieved SAP certification. The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that DaVinci 7.0 integrates with cloud solutions from SAP using standard integration technologies.

"Our cloud-based application represents a continuation of our 24-year partnership with SAP," said Tony Uliano, Founder and CTO of AMC Technology. "We look forward to continuing our journey with SAP and the SAP community."

AMC started their relationship with SAP working on the development of the original customer interaction center and is continuing the tradition with functionality and deep expertise in the cloud.
