News : AMC Technology’s Solution Achieves Certified Integration with SAP Applications
Richmond, VA, USA, Oct 22, 2015 -- AMC Technology, L.L.C. today announced its Contact Canvas 6.5 solution has achieved certified integration with SAP(R) applications. The solution has been proven to integrate with the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), enabling call center agents to perform telephony functions supported by the toolbar in SAP CRM.
The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that AMC Contact Canvas version 6.5 integrates with SAP CRM 7.0 Enhancement Package 3 application via the integration scenario SAP CRM Integrated Communication Interface – Computer Telephony Integration (CA-ICI-CTI) 3.07.
"We are delighted to announce the successful achievement of SAP certification for Contact Canvas 6.5," said Aimee Stinson, Director of Strategic Alliances at AMC Technology. "The ability of Contact Canvas to leverage assets like CRM by integrating to Avaya, Cisco and Aspect can be the differentiator between mediocre customer service and superior customer service."
As a result of the certified integration, Contact Canvas has proven to meet the requirements for enabling contact center agents to perform all telephony functions supported by the toolbar in SAP CRM.
