News : Amherst Call Center to Close
Amherst, NY, USA, Jan 24, 2018 -- A customer contact management call center will close in Amherst by the end of March.
Sykes Enterprises, located on John James Audubon Parkway in Amherst, will close March 31, laying off 89 employees.
The reason for closing stated in the NY WARN system is "economic".
The affected workers are not represented by a union.
