Doha, June 2, 2014 -- Qatar Museums (QM) and Vodafone are opening Qatar’s first call centre dedicated to culture.
This is part of their partnership for the new Culture Pass membership programme which offers individuals the chance to experience exclusive benefits linked to a diverse programme of cultural activities across the state.
Open to everybody, Culture Pass membership is free to join and will offer customer services to meet expectations of local members and international visitors.
The centre’s services are freely available to all Culture Pass members, helping them discover more about Qatar’s cultural landscape, plan visits to exhibitions and educational activities, or learn more about the membership programme and benefits.
Phil Lawrie, QM Chief Commercial Officer, said, "We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Vodafone who will provide key support and expertise to the Culture Pass membership programme.
"Culture Pass will engage Qatari residents and visitors and give everybody the opportunity to support, enjoy and benefit from Qatar’s high quality cultural offerings."
