Hamilton, ON, Oct 2, 2014 -- APAC Customer Services, Ltd., a provider in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announces that it plans to add 150 jobs in its Hamilton, Ontario service center, between now and December. These additional customer service and telesales positions will provide phone and back-office support for several major clients. For all positions, strong computer skills are required. Previous contact centre experience is preferred, but not necessary to join the APAC team.
APAC offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees after 30 days of employment. Employees are also eligible to participate in the company's Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) after one year of employment.
