News : Apple Boosts Online Customer Experience with Quicker Refund Times
May 12, 2014 -- Apple is attempting to improve its online customer experience by cutting the amount of time consumers have to wait to receive refunds.
Customers who return products they have purchased online will now receive their money in under a week, rather than within 10 days as was previously the case.
The technology provider uses pre-paid labels that allow customers to return products within three days using FedEx’s 2Day service.
A source told Reuters the process does not involve additional costs for consumers.
