Bryn Mawr, PA, USA, Dec 4, 2015 -- Aqua America, Inc. (NYSE: WTR) announced the appointment of Thomas M. Cox as vice president of customer operations. Cox, who held the position on an interim basis, was promoted from his previous position as director of quality, customer operations.

"Tom understands that our customer service acts as the face of our company and has demonstrated a relentless pursuit of quality service," said Aqua’s Chief Financial Officer David P.
