News : Aqua-Aston Hospitality Launches 24-hour Call Center in Hawaii
Hawaii, USA, May 20, 2016 -- Aqua-Aston Hospitality, a Honolulu-based hotel and resort management firm, has opened a new 24-hour call center in Hawaii.
The new facility is to be based entirely within the Aloha State, according to Aqua-Aston officials.
"Travelers and agents who call the newly launched central reservations office will not only receive personalized recommendations for activities and the hotel that will best suit their needs, but they will also have exclusive access to lesser-known penthouse accommodations at select hotels in Waikiki ... that are only available through the call center," Aqua-Aston officials said in a May 19 release.
